Thanks for the great trip this weekend guys! Driver Danny was so professional, even got out in the pouring rain when we told him not to, to get our bags out of the back. He waited at the airport for us in a delay, and got us to and from the airport very safely and quickly. The car was very comfortable and rode smoothly. Just wanted to let you know about the great service Jaime and Danny provided for my client on Tue Sep 20, 2011.

Due to a last minute schedule change my client’s car rental was unavailable and within a few hours Jaime was able to secure a driver to take my client over an hour away from the airport. This morning, I received a call from the client advising how impressed he was about the extra customer service that he received from Danny with the phone call letting him know the flight was early. This made a huge impression on my client.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie to make shuttle arrangements for my supervisor who was attending a workshop in Palmyra, PA. The details are too many to share, but there were at least ten phone calls, most of which were calls requesting last minuite and/or urgent requests for service. She was polite, friendly and very helpful during every one of those phone calls. Jamie went well above and beyond with customer service! - Sandy
